Planning a visit to TeeShots? Below you will find venue details, amenities, and upcoming tournaments and sporting events hosted at this venue, plus everything you need to plan your visit. Book a bay at TeeShots

Venue Overview

TeeShots is a downtown Loveland indoor golf bar at 209 N Cleveland Ave, Loveland 80537. The phone is 970-652-5975 and the contact email is clubhouse@teeshotsnoco.com. The operator positions it as the premiere indoor golf facility in Loveland, and the whole room is built on Trackman launch monitors.

Two numbers you will not find here, because the operator does not publish them: bay count and square footage. Third-party trade coverage has claimed four bays split between Trackman and Foresight, which directly contradicts the operator's own Trackman-only description, so treat that claim as unverified. We are not stating a bay count.

About the Bays

Bays run on Trackman with a library of 450 or more courses, and the operator adds new ones monthly. Alongside the course play there are teaching tools, putt-putt and party games, so a bay does not have to mean 18 serious holes.

The operator recommends a maximum of 4 to 6 people per bay and prices hourly by bay rather than per player. That is the number to plan a group around. Rates are not published publicly, so you will need to ask.

Access is pay-per-hour bay rental plus memberships, which are paid on location by cash, card or check. Membership tiers are published only as an image, so the pricing is not machine-readable and cannot be quoted reliably here. Booking requires agreeing to house rules and signing a liability waiver, which is worth telling a group before they arrive.

Trackman and the Course Library

The Trackman-only setup is the distinguishing feature. It gives you consistent data across every bay, which matters for leagues and lessons in a way it does not for a casual round. With 450 or more courses and monthly additions, a league can run a different track every week.

Loaner club sets are available, so a guest who does not own clubs is not stuck. Bringing your own is welcome, and there is an Opera Alley bag drop.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Trackman launch monitor bays (bay count not published by the operator)
  • 450+ courses with new courses added monthly
  • Teaching tools, putt-putt and party games
  • Spacious lounge with seating
  • Full bar with an extensive beverage selection
  • Loaner club sets, bring-your-own welcome
  • Opera Alley bag drop
  • Recommended maximum of 4 to 6 people per bay

Food service, restrooms, lockers and a pro shop are not published by the operator. If any of those matter to your group, ask before you book rather than assuming.

Leagues & Instruction

TeeShots runs seasonal leagues, and Fall league sign-ups are open now. The team entry form collects a team name and your preferred nights from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Full league details live in a linked Google Doc rather than on the page itself, so request that link when you sign up.

Teaching and instruction are offered, and tournament registration is referenced on the site. The operator does not publish named instructors or named staff. The contact point is the role address clubhouse@teeshotsnoco.com, which is the right channel for lessons, leagues and event questions alike.

Events

Between seasonal leagues, referenced tournament registration and the party-game side of the Trackman setup, TeeShots supports a range of formats from a serious weeknight league to a birthday or company outing. Because per-bay capacity is capped around 4 to 6 people, larger groups are built by booking multiple bays rather than crowding one.

Planning Your Sporting Event Here

The biggest planning gap is hours. The site publishes only a rolling "open today" line, and full weekly hours are not published anywhere. Call 970-652-5975 or email the clubhouse address to confirm the window you need before you invite anyone.

Parking is easier than downtown Loveland usually is. The operator states there is a free public parking garage across the street on 2nd St. The number of spaces in that garage is not published, but a garage across the street beats circling the block.

Budget planning takes a phone call. Hourly bay rates are not published publicly and the membership tiers exist only as an image, so get a written quote for your date rather than working from anything you read online. The year the venue opened is also not published.

Hosting a Sporting Event at TeeShots?

Reach out to clubhouse@teeshotsnoco.com or call 970-652-5975. Come with your headcount, because bay math drives the whole conversation at 4 to 6 people per bay. Expect to agree to house rules and sign a liability waiver as part of booking. And ask for the league Google Doc if a recurring format is what you are after, since that document carries the detail the public pages do not.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are reviewed starting October 1, 2026. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.

Then we will be in touch.
