The process
Four steps from sign-up to thank-you notes.
Sign up with your email (no password) and build your event in about 10 minutes. Suggested ticket prices, sponsor levels and a schedule are filled in for you, and you can change all of it. Your event stays private to you while you build.
Connect your own Stripe account so every payment goes straight to you. It takes a few minutes. Running a free event? Skip this step.
Tap Go live when the details are ready. Your event page goes on the Colorado Under Par events calendar, and you get a link and embed code for your own website and emails. You can keep editing after you go live.
Print the day-of kit, check golfers in with QR tickets, score on phones with a live leaderboard, then finalize the money and send thank-yous and a board report.

1% per paid order plus Stripe card processing (2.9% + 30 cents for US cards). You can pass fees to buyers or cover them. Free events cost nothing.
Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule, usually within a few business days. You see every payment in your own Stripe account.
Yes. Send an invoice they can pay by card or bank transfer, or mark a check as paid. Paid invoices become registrations automatically.
Yes. Your event shows on the Colorado Under Par events calendar (496+ events supported). Amplify Full Promotion adds social promotion.
Yes. Start building now and add the venue when it is booked. Nothing is public until you tap Go live.
Yes. Invite co-organizers, helpers and check-in volunteers. Each person gets their own sign-in and sees only the tools for their role.
