Meadow Hills Golf Course is a public, 18-hole regulation course in Aurora, Colorado, built in 1957 and designed by Henry B. Hughes as a private country club before later becoming public. Meadow Hills hosted the Denver Open in 1961, giving it a genuine tour pedigree among Colorado’s public courses, a distinction shared by only a handful of municipal tracks in the state. Designer Henry B. Hughes also laid out sister Aurora course Aurora Hills, giving the two courses a shared design lineage within the same municipal system.
