Glenmoor Country Club is a private club in Cherry Hills Village, in Denver’s south suburbs between Englewood and Greenwood Village. Its strongest draw is the golf course: a championship 18-hole, par 71 layout designed by Pete Dye in 1984, and fully renovated in 2023 by Love Golf Design, the firm led by Davis Love III and Mark Love. Members also have tennis and pickleball courts, two pools with private cabanas, a fitness gym and a year-round restaurant with three bars. The course closes on Mondays except for a few private tournaments, and the club hosts member events and private celebrations throughout the year.

History
Pete Dye designed Glenmoor in 1984, and the course opened in 1985. It went nearly four decades without major changes until a year-long renovation by Love Golf Design, which reopened the course in mid-June 2023. That project replaced the irrigation system and water source, rebuilt the greens, upgraded 89 bunkers and restored a few abandoned ones, replaced two miles of railroad tie bulkheads, added length and new tees, and built a new practice range and putting green. The club also renovated its outdoor patio and pool area in 2019.
The Course
Dye’s railroad ties and bold bunkering define Glenmoor, and the renovation kept that character while making the course tougher for elite players and still playable for members and guests. Mark Love summed it up after reopening: “What a unique Pete Dye design.” With a slope of 141, it is one of the more demanding private tests in the south metro.

- Golf: member play and a few private tournaments on Mondays, when the course is otherwise closed.
- Tennis and pickleball: member court play, plus Junior Tennis Teams and USTA league matches played at the Kent courts.
- Swimming: a competitive swim and dive team in summer.
