Venue Overview

Life Time Colorado Springs is a purpose-built athletic club at 4410 Royal Pine Dr, opened as a ground-up Life Time construction in May 2011. It is the only Colorado Life Time that publishes a court count and the only one that publishes dedicated spectator viewing, both of which came from the company's own opening announcement describing eight indoor tennis courts, spectator viewing areas and a pro tennis shop. For racquet players in the Springs, that combination of scale and viewing is unusual.

About the Courts

The club publishes eight indoor tennis courts. Pickleball is scheduled as its own facility type with separate posted hours, indicating dedicated pickleball time, but Life Time does not publish a pickleball court count and does not state whether pickleball plays on dedicated courts or is overlaid on the tennis courts, so we have not claimed either. Indoor pickleball courts are posted Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Worth knowing: pickleball closes at 8:00 PM daily even though the club itself stays open far later on weeknights, so evening players should plan accordingly.

A Published Pro Shop and Spectator Viewing

Two amenities set this club apart from the other Colorado Life Times, and both are officially published rather than inferred: a pro tennis shop on site, and dedicated spectator viewing areas overlooking the courts. For anyone running a match-play event that wants an audience, that is a meaningful practical difference.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Eight indoor tennis courts, with separately scheduled indoor pickleball hours
  • Pro tennis shop on site
  • Spectator viewing areas
  • Other sports: swimming, basketball, and a rock wall with its own posted hours
  • Indoor lap and leisure pools, outdoor lap, leisure and swimming pools, outdoor whirlpool, water slides
  • Mixed martial arts room, cycle theatre, dedicated group exercise, Pilates and yoga studios
  • LifeCafe and LifeCafe Poolside, plus an outdoor bistro
  • LifeSpa; LifeClinic Chiropractic and Rehabilitation
  • Sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, cold plunge
  • Kids Academy, Infant Room, junior sport court, children's activity areas, dedicated family locker rooms

Lessons & Instruction

Pickleball programming follows Life Time's national menu, including Intro to Pickleball, open play with registration, mixers, clinics, private lessons, leagues and junior pickleball. The club maintains its own tennis and racquet desk for court and program questions. No pickleball instructors are named publicly for this location.

Leagues & Events

Court access is member-based with reservations through the Life Time Digital app, and a day-pass path is published in the club FAQ. Pickleball and tennis run on separate posted schedules, so confirm the correct court type when booking.

Planning Your Sporting Event Here

Eight indoor courts with published spectator viewing and a pro shop on site make this the most event-ready racquet facility among Colorado's Life Time clubs, particularly for match play where an audience matters. The 8:00 PM pickleball close is the main scheduling constraint. Contact the club to discuss availability.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are reviewed starting October 1, 2026. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.

Then we will be in touch.
