Venue Overview

Life Time Parker-Aurora is a 129,000 square foot athletic club in Parker, and it was Life Time’s first Colorado location when it opened in January 2008. Despite the hyphenated name, it is a single club in Parker, not two sites. For racquet players it is the most complete of Colorado’s Life Time clubs, with indoor dedicated pickleball courts plus racquetball and squash, and it runs the deepest published pickleball tournament calendar of any Life Time in the state. Indoor courts mean that calendar runs year-round. Other Colorado clubs include Life Time Flatirons in Broomfield.

About the Courts

The club describes its pickleball courts in its own tournament copy as dedicated pickleball courts, so play is not overlaid on tennis; there is no tennis at this club. Life Time does not publish court counts or surface specifications, so none are listed here.

  • Indoor, dedicated pickleball courts, year-round
  • Separate racquetball and squash courts, each with their own posted schedule
  • Booking through the Life Time Digital app and the MyLT resource-booking system
  • Spectator seating available on tournament days

Play and Programs

The club publishes a fixed weekday and Saturday Pickleball Open Play block, with no Sunday session, and open play requires registration. Beyond that, programming follows Life Time’s national menu: Intro to Pickleball, open play, mixers, clinics, private lessons, leagues and junior pickleball.

Leagues & Tournaments

Parker-Aurora runs recurring, DUPR-rated tournaments rather than one-off socials. The Annual Spring Classic drew 114 registered players for its April 2026 edition, with DUPR divisions at 3.0 to 3.49, 3.5 to 3.99, 4.0 to 4.49 and 4.5 and above, round robin to 11 and a four-game guarantee. The club also runs an Annual Fall Classic, a senior tournament, a DUPR singles tournament and the informally named Super Duper Non Duper. All are open to members and non-members. Upcoming events at this venue are listed below.

Lessons & Instruction

Clinics, private lessons, Intro to Pickleball and junior pickleball follow Life Time’s national program. No instructors are named publicly for this location as of 2026.

Membership

Regular court access is member-based, with booking through the Life Time Digital app. The club’s tournaments are the exception: they are open to non-members.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are open now. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
