Venue Overview

Parker Racquet Club in Parker is a family owned and operated, community built racquet club offering tennis, padel and pickleball year-round, indoors and out. Its strongest differentiator is range: six indoor cushioned tennis courts sit alongside outdoor tennis, padel and pickleball courts, so one club can host a tennis drill night, a padel intro and a pickleball open court session on the same evening. Located next to the Parker Fieldhouse, it suits leagues, junior programs and club tournaments in every season.

About the Courts

  • 6 indoor tennis courts with a US Open style DecoTurf cushioned surface
  • 3 outdoor tennis courts with lights
  • 4 outdoor padel courts with lights, enclosed by glass walls and metal cages
  • 3 outdoor pickleball courts
  • An outdoor hitting wall
  • Indoor pickleball open court time on the cushioned tennis surface, under upward-facing LED lighting
  • Online court booking through 10sportal
  • Privately owned by Barry Riddle and Steve Prosowski

The Courts

Tennis is the core of Parker Racquet Club, with programming from beginner through high-level NTRP players. Pickleball runs as open court time indoors and outdoors, with players grouped by similar ability. Indoor play uses the cushioned tennis surface, which the club notes is easier on joints, and outdoor-style Franklin X-40 balls. Clean, non-marking athletic shoes are required. Padel, played on glass-walled courts, is offered through play sessions and introduction classes.

Events Held Here

  • Tennis: club member tournaments and USTA tournaments, plus leagues and permanent court time.
  • Tennis: adult drills by NTRP level, Cardio Tennis and member clinics, with fall and winter junior programs.
  • Padel: fall padel play sessions and introduction classes.
  • Pickleball: indoor and outdoor open court sessions.

Upcoming events at this venue are listed below.

Six indoor tennis courts at four players each puts 24 doubles players on court at once, and the same math holds for pickleball on the indoor surface. In good weather, add the 3 outdoor tennis, 3 pickleball and 4 padel courts for a mixed racquet event. Court time is booked through 10sportal, so reserve blocks early around junior and drill programs. Contact the venue for current pricing and availability.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are open now. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.

Then we will be in touch.
