Venue Overview

Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is a semi-private mountain golf club in Silverthorne, Colorado, ranked by Colorado AvidGolfer as the number one golf experience in the state and named by Golf Magazine among the top 10 courses you can play in the country. Set at roughly 9,000 feet between Buffalo and Red mountains, near the rugged Gore Range, this Tom Lehman and Hurdzan/Fry design carves through dramatically rolling terrain framed by pine and aspen forests, trout-filled lakes, and snow-capped peaks. With a full-service clubhouse, acclaimed dining, and a detail-oriented events team, the Raven pairs unforgettable mountain golf with everything an organizer needs, making it one of Summit County's premier settings for tournaments, outings, and weddings.

About the Course

Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is an 18-hole, par-72 mountain course designed by former British Open champion Tom Lehman in collaboration with the acclaimed team of Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, opened in 2000. Set at around 9,000 feet, it stretches to 7,413 yards from the tips, with five sets of tees that make its dramatic terrain playable for every level. Both members and the public can book tee times. Course features: 18-hole, par-72 mountain course designed by Tom Lehman with Hurdzan/Fry 7,413 yards from the tips, with five sets of tees from as short as 5,235 yards Opened in 2000, set at roughly 9,000 feet elevation Dramatically rolling terrain with impressive elevation changes Best-in-class bunkering, including steep, deeply furrowed faces Creeks, trout-filled lakes, and water hazards on several holes Fairways framed by towering pine and aspen, with snow-capped mountain views Ranked the number one golf experience in Colorado by Colorado AvidGolfer A Golf Magazine top-10 "course you can play" in the United States

The Playing Experience

The Raven is mountain golf at its most exhilarating. Built on dramatically rolling ground between Buffalo and Red mountains, the course serves up bold elevation changes, and at roughly 9,000 feet the thin air sends the ball a full club to a club and a half farther, adding 20-plus yards to most tee shots. That elevation, along with several downhill holes and reachable par 5s, opens up real scoring opportunities, even as the steep, furrowed bunkers and water hazards keep every shot honest. The fairways look tight from the tee but open toward greens ringed by tall evergreens. The signature 16th, a long downhill par-5, is among the most photographed holes in the state, while the par-4 17th, with a creek crossing the fairway near 300 yards and a green that slopes away, is a memorable closer. Framed by trout-filled lakes and snow-capped peaks in every direction, it is easy to see why the Raven is so widely celebrated.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are reviewed starting October 1, 2026. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
