Lake Arbor Golf Course is a public, city-owned course in Arvada, Colorado, opened in 1972 and designed by Orville Moody — the 1969 U.S. Open champion. About the Course

Lake Arbor's traditional design winds through a city setting on the east side of Arvada, with water features and creeks coming into play throughout the round. Designed by U.S. Open champion Orville Moody, the course plays to around 5,700 yards from the blue tees and is especially popular with senior golfers and beginners for its approachable length, while still offering enough character to sharpen the short game of more experienced players.

Lake Arbor carries a genuine tour pedigree: the course was laid out by Orville Moody, who won the 1969 U.S. Open at Champions Golf Club in Houston before going on to a course design career.
