Indian Peaks is home to the Indian Peaks Golf Academy, one of the deepest instruction programs in the region. Adult clinics run from Level 1 (beginner) through Level 3 (tournament player), with dedicated short-game clinics for sharpening your scoring, while the junior program can start young athletes as early as age six and carry them through to recreational or competitive play.

What sets the academy apart is the caliber of its teaching staff. As of 2026, the coaches include:

• Andrew Hebert, PGA — a PGA Class A professional with over a decade of teaching experience and 30-plus years in the game. A CU Boulder psychology graduate, he applies how people learn to help students improve faster, blending strong fundamentals with the mind-body side of golf.
• Karen Davies, LPGA — a nationally recognized Top 50 LPGA instructor and former LPGA and European Tour player, with nine collegiate victories and a University of Florida Hall of Fame career (teaching seasonally, June–August).
• Rick Uhlir — a teaching professional at Indian Peaks since 2003 who has competed in two U.S. Senior Opens and on the Senior European Tour, coached Boulder High School's golf teams to among the best in the state, and uses V1 video analysis to refine each student's swing.
• Ryan Black, PGA Associate — teaching since 2004 and at Indian Peaks since 2008, with a Golf Academy of America degree in Golf Complex Management focused on instruction, and a simple, relaxed teaching style built on fundamentals.
• Mac Emison, PGA Associate & PGA HOPE Certified Instructor — a data-driven teacher who works within each golfer's unique biomechanics and mental game, tailoring lessons across all ages and skill levels.
• Jason Faulkner — with Indian Peaks since 2016, a Colorado native whose teaching centers on fundamentals, personalized feedback, and building each golfer's confidence and love for the game.
