Venue Overview

Life Time Parker-Aurora is a 129,000 square foot athletic club at 9250 Crown Crest Blvd in Parker, and it was Life Time's first Colorado location when it opened in January 2008. Despite the hyphenated name, this is a single club in Parker, not two sites. For racquet players it is the most complete of Colorado's Life Time clubs: pickleball, racquetball and squash each have their own posted court hours, and the club runs the deepest published tournament calendar of any Life Time in the state.

About the Courts

The pickleball courts are indoor, year-round, and the club describes them in its own tournament copy as dedicated pickleball courts, so play is not overlaid on tennis; there is no tennis at this club. Squash and racquetball courts are on site with their own posted hours. Life Time does not publish court counts or surface specifications for any of these, so none are listed here. Booking runs through the Life Time Digital app and the MyLT resource-booking system.

A Real Competitive Calendar

Parker-Aurora stands out for running recurring, DUPR-rated tournaments rather than one-off socials. The Annual Spring Classic drew 114 registered players for its April 2026 edition, with DUPR divisions at 3.0 to 3.49, 3.5 to 3.99, 4.0 to 4.49 and 4.5 and above, round robin to 11 and a four-game guarantee. The club also runs an Annual Fall Classic, a senior tournament, a DUPR singles tournament, and the informally named Super Duper Non Duper. All are open to members and non-members.

Facilities & Amenities

  • 129,000 square feet across the full club
  • Indoor, dedicated pickleball courts, plus separate racquetball and squash courts
  • Other sports on site: swimming, basketball, rock wall, indoor turf area
  • Adult and family locker rooms, private showers, towel service and locker-room attendant
  • Steam room, locker-room sauna, cedarwood sauna, eucalyptus steam room, indoor whirlpool, cold plunge
  • LifeSpa; LifeCafe and LifeCafe Poolside, with bar service
  • Work lounge and complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Indoor and outdoor pools with water slides
  • Kids Academy, Child Center and Infant Room
  • Ample free parking, and spectator seating available on tournament days

Lessons & Instruction

The club publishes a fixed Pickleball Open Play block, Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 to 3:00 PM, with no Sunday session. Beyond that, programming follows Life Time's national menu: Intro to Pickleball, open play, mixers, clinics, private lessons, leagues and junior pickleball. Open play requires registration. No instructors are named publicly for this location.

Leagues & Events

Between the Spring Classic, Fall Classic, senior tournament, DUPR singles and the Super Duper Non Duper, Parker-Aurora has the busiest published pickleball calendar of Colorado's Life Time clubs, and all of it is open to non-members. Regular court access is member-based with booking through the app.

Planning Your Sporting Event Here

Dedicated indoor courts, tournament-day spectator seating, locker-room access for all participants and ample free parking make Parker-Aurora one of the more capable indoor tournament hosts in the south metro, and the club has demonstrated it repeatedly with 100-plus player fields. Contact the club at 720-842-0800 to discuss availability.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are reviewed starting October 1, 2026. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
