Ten fully-managed events per season

our services

What We Manage

Every fully-managed tournament takes roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one experienced team from your first call to the final award. We take on only 10 fully-managed tournaments per season, so dates go early.

Strategy & Planning

Event goals, timeline and budget; registration and sponsorship pricing tiers; tournament name and theme; venue recommendations and golf course contract review; run-of-show planning.

Coordination & Logistics

Venue tours and walkthroughs; course, pro shop, vendor and sponsor coordination; catering and rentals; hole signs, banners and trophies; prizes and welcome bags; team pairings, carts and contest layouts.

Marketing & Design

Your full collateral set: save-the-date, flyers, social graphics and the pre-event outing guide, plus the on-course print and display pieces your tournament needs. A countdown campaign leading into event day, participant and vendor email, listings across CUP’s Facebook, LinkedIn and golf group, and a Full Promotion listing on coloradounderpar.com.

Day-of Execution

Available with the day-of staffing option. On-site check-in and registration, run-of-show and on-course support, contest tracking, winner relay and awards coordination.

the process

How It Works

One team from your first call to the final award, and you stay the host at every step.

1. Set the Framework

A strategy session locks in your goals, format, timeline and budget. From there we build the run-of-show, staffing plan and planning calendar, so nothing is left to guesswork.

2. Manage the Moving Parts

We handle the work that usually overwhelms a committee: venue and vendor coordination, registration setup, sponsor deliverables, supplies and communication. You make the decisions, and we keep everything on schedule.

3. Run Event Day

With day-of staffing, our team runs check-in, the run-of-show, contests and awards, so your players, sponsors and guests get a smooth, professional tournament.

Choose Your Level of Support

Two ways to work together. Tell us about your tournament in the application and we will come back with pricing built around your event.

Management

Core package, planning through pre-event

  • Planning, budget and timeline strategy
  • Marketing, design and event promotion
  • Course, vendor and sponsor coordination
  • Full pre-event preparation and communication

Scales with the size and complexity of your tournament.

Management + Day-of Staffing

Everything in Management, run on-site by our team

  • Everything in Management, plus:
  • On-site CUP team on event day
  • Check-in, run-of-show and on-course support
  • Awards and closing coordination

Your pricing is calculated in the application based on your event.

Add-Ons & Referrals

Beyond the core package, we coordinate or refer these as your event needs them. Some we handle directly, others go to vendors we have worked with for years.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve got the answers you need.

Get answers to how we plan, coordinate, and execute your tournament so you can focus on impact, not logistics.

What size golf tournaments do you manage?

Most events we manage have 100 or more participants. Shotgun starts need 100 players, since most courses require that minimum to run the format. Smaller outings are usually a better fit for a free or promoted listing on the CUP calendar.

Yes, and you should be. You are the host: you make the decisions and bring your participants and sponsors. We handle the planning and coordination workload so those decisions are easy to carry out.

Absolutely. This is actually the most common support level.  We regularly step in after venues are secured to review pricing strategies, coordinate with venue staff, and manage logistics leading into event day.

We can jump in mid-planning to stabilize timelines, improve execution, or support specific areas like registration, staffing, or day-of coordination.

Yes. While many events are based in Colorado, we support tournaments nationwide depending on scope, timing, and staffing needs.

Ready to Plan Your Event?

Let’s connect and explore how we can turn your next event into a story worth telling.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are open now. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
