Venue Overview

X-Golf Denver Tech Center is an indoor golf simulator venue and sports bar at 7600 Landmark Way Ste A101, Greenwood Village 80111. The phone is (720) 428-2322. It sits inside The Landmark DTC, the mixed-use dining and retail development just off the south end of the Denver Tech Center, which makes it easier to find than the address alone suggests. On-site parking is available. Seven simulator bays run the X-Golf proprietary platform, backed by a full bar and an event space that handles corporate outings and private parties. It is the Denver metro home of X-League, and it runs more league nights per week than any other X-Golf location in the state.

About the Bays

Seven bays, each rated for up to six people. Groups are built by booking multiple bays rather than crowding one, so a party of twenty is four bays. Bays book by the hour through the venue's own scheduler, in blocks from thirty minutes to six hours. Rental clubs are available. The simulators handle ball retrieval and teeing automatically, and there is a set of kids' courses in the library for younger players.

The X-Golf Simulator System

X-Golf builds its own simulator platform rather than licensing Trackman or Foresight. Camera tracking, infrared lasers and physical impact sensors work together, running more than 6,000 calculations at impact, and the operator markets the result at 98 percent shot-prediction accuracy. Shot data captured includes carry distance, club and ball speed, club and ball trajectory, side spin, back spin, launch angle and impact point. Course play draws from the shared X-Golf library, which includes Pebble Beach, Bay Hill and Bethpage Black. A course count specific to this location is not published, so we are not stating one.

Leagues & Instruction

X-League at the Denver Tech Center runs ten weeks of regular season play plus a playoff for qualifying teams, in a handicapped three-on-three, nine-hole stroke play format. Warm-up is 6:30 PM and tee off is 7:00 PM. Players must establish a handicap before the league begins. This location runs five league nights a week, Sunday through Thursday, which is one more than Fort Collins and makes it the easiest place in the metro to find a night that fits. Beyond the main league the venue keeps standings for individual play, two-person stroke, two-person scramble and at least one closed corporate league. Custom leagues are available on request. Instruction is led by Harry Tanner, Director of Golf and a Class A PGA Member, as published on the venue's 2024 lessons page. He is a six-year United States Air Force veteran, graduated the San Diego Golf Academy's golf management program in 2004, and was elected to Class A PGA membership in 2010. He is a Callaway Certified Master Fitter, BodiTrak certified for pressure and ground reaction force, and TPI certified. Lessons cover swing and game analysis, one-hour sessions and multi-hour packages, with video analysis and 3D motion. Club fittings are offered across manufacturers, including TaylorMade custom fitting. Note that the lessons page is not linked from the venue's main navigation, so call rather than hunting for it.

Events

The venue books groups from 10 to 160 people and sells anything from one simulator to a full facility buyout, with a dedicated event manager on each booking. The 232 inch presentation screen and microphone setup is the differentiator here. A corporate group can run a real presentation in the room and then move straight into play, which is not something every simulator venue can do. Simulator formats include tournaments, long drive, closest to the pin, putting contests, best ball, match play, scramble and team games, and the pro is available to give tips using video and 3D motion graphics. Catering runs in-house, through Bad Daddy's, and through additional partners, with a full bar and drink specials. Competitively, the venue feeds the X-Cup national series and runs a local Denver tournament series of nine individual events plus a championship final played on PGA National, with a season-long standings race.

Planning Your Sporting Event Here

Confirm the suite number with your group before they drive over. The venue's own contact page and the X-Golf corporate page both list Ste A101, but The Landmark DTC's own directory lists Suite B106. A101 is almost certainly correct, but inside a mixed-use development that discrepancy will cost you fifteen minutes of people wandering. Plan around league nights. Leagues run Sunday through Thursday with bays occupied from 6:30 PM, so a weeknight buyout has to be scheduled against that calendar. Weekends and daytime are the open windows. Hours run 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to midnight Friday, 8:00 AM to midnight Saturday and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday.
