Venue Overview
The Picklr Thornton is a 30,000 square foot indoor pickleball club in Thornton Town Center, opened in late December 2024 by franchisees Amber and Brian Rieman of Brighton. It is pickleball only, built so weather is never a factor; as the franchisee told BizWest, members will never need to worry about rain, wind, cold or heat. The standout is depth of coaching: one of the deepest named training-pro rosters of any Colorado pickleball venue. Membership carries nationwide reciprocity, so a Thornton member plays free at any Picklr location, including The Picklr Littleton.
About the Courts
All courts are dedicated pickleball with permanent nets: no dual striping and no tennis sharing. The club describes the courts as outdoor surfacing applied indoors, though the exact material is not published.
- Nine indoor courts: six championship and three standard
- Permanent nets, dedicated pickleball lines
- Member reservations up to seven days ahead through PlayByPoint and the Picklr app
- Drop-in play offered
Play and Programs

There is a Pickleball 101 Powered by Adidas class, and named socials including Women’s Under 3.49 Queens Court, a rotating-partner format, and a Women’s 3.5+ Round Robin.
