The Club at Pradera's championship golf course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by renowned architect Jim Engh and opened in 2004. Playing to roughly 7,259 yards, it combines traditional Irish features, pot bunkers and wispy native roughs, with modern touches like wetland ponds and cattails, all set across an undulating Colorado landscape. The Playing Experience

Pradera is a true Jim Engh original, and one of the most distinctive rounds in the Denver area. Engh wove together three influences, the wispy, ragged look of Ireland's links, the modern drama of wetland ponds and cattails, and the rugged natural terrain of Colorado, and accented it all with his signature "muscle" bunkers and Irish pot bunkers. The result is imaginative and strategically diverse, with dramatic elevation changes that make every hole memorable. The par-5 7th offers alternate fairways for a different play every time; the par-3 15th, carved into a forested hillside above a cattail pond, serves up views all the way to Pikes Peak; and the par-5 16th tumbles some 275 feet downhill off the tee into a huge fairway guarded by pot bunkers. With a slope of 143 it will test the best, yet it stays fun for golfers of all ages and abilities.
