Colorado Golf Club's championship course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by the acclaimed team of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw and opened in 2007. Routed across a dramatic 1,700-acre property, once an Arabian horse ranch, it journeys through ponderosa forest, rugged barrancas, scenic hillsides, and open meadows, playing to a stout 7,604 yards from the back tees at an elevation above 6,100 feet. As a private club, play is reserved for members and their guests. A Championship Pedigree

For a relatively young club, Colorado Golf Club has already built a championship résumé most clubs can only dream of. It hosted the 2010 Senior PGA Championship, where Tom Lehman prevailed in a playoff over Fred Couples and David Frost, and in 2013 it staged the Solheim Cup, where Europe claimed a rare victory on American soil. The club went on to host the 2019 U.S. Mid-Amateur and co-hosted the 2023 U.S. Amateur alongside Cherry Hills, and it has been selected by the USGA to host the 2030 U.S. Junior Amateur. LPGA great Juli Inkster summed up its appeal, calling it "a fantastic match-play course." Few venues in the state can match its competitive pedigree.
