A 2018 Clubhouse Transformation

In 2018, Raccoon Creek completed a roughly $4 million clubhouse expansion designed by architect Brandon Anderson of LIB Studios, following a 2014 overhaul of its historic Barn into a wedding and events center. The new 11,500-square-foot clubhouse — 7,500 square feet of it indoors — expanded the restaurant and bar to seat up to 100 guests inside and 250 outside, with an outdoor bar, a covered tournament patio, a fire pit, and an event lawn for cornhole and bocce ball, all framed by views of the Rocky Mountains. The project was funded by revenue generated from the course and its existing restaurant, cementing Raccoon Creek's status as both a golf destination and an events venue.

• John Houlihan, PGA — Assistant Golf Professional and a Colorado native who has built his career around teaching all skill levels, and serves as one of the coaches for Raccoon Creek's junior golf programs and camps

The Barn at Raccoon Creek, which opened in 2014, is a dedicated wedding facility featuring a Bridal Suite, Groom's Quarters Loft, an outdoor ceremony site, and celebration grounds that can host up to 230 guests for receptions, all catered by the acclaimed Farmhouse Restaurant staff. Additional outdoor event centers overlook the 10th fairway among the historic buildings of Grant Ranch.
