Venue Overview
PEAK Golf Training Complex is the indoor golf simulator and coaching home of PEAK Golf Colorado in Centennial, in the south Denver metro near I-25. Its strongest draw is coaching: the 3,200-square-foot complex is run by a team of PGA professionals, led by founders Philip Linares and Katie Milstead, and pairs them with four Trackman simulators that each capture swings on two cameras. Because it is indoors, juniors and adults can train all year, and an Indoor Junior Tour, live leaderboards and seasonal class series make it a natural base for junior events, clinics and small tournaments.
About the Simulators
- 4 Trackman simulators
- Face-on and down-the-line cameras in each bay for swing analysis
- 3,200-square-foot indoor training complex
- Dedicated putting area
- Fitness and mobility area, plus performance therapy
- Online booking for simulators and classes through SimHouse
- Operated by PEAK Golf Colorado, which also coaches at University of Denver Golf Club, Spring Valley Golf Club and Aurora Hills Golf Course
History
PEAK Golf Colorado was founded by PGA professionals Philip Linares and Katie Milstead and appears as PEAK Golf Academy in earlier coverage and coach bios. A February 2023 Colorado Golf Association story described the academy’s Trackman-based training complex. In March 2025, the City of Aurora announced a partnership with PEAK to offer its classes and private lessons at Aurora Hills Golf Course.
Golf Simulator Technology in Centennial
Every bay at the complex runs Trackman with two cameras, one face-on and one down the line, so coaches can pair ball flight data with video of each swing. Players can book simulator time on their own, and the same bays power the Indoor Junior Tour and live leaderboards that let juniors compete across the season.
