About the Course

Jim Engh's design at Four Mile Ranch sprawls across a stunning landscape of gently rolling hills roughly 45 minutes southwest of Colorado Springs and 30 minutes west of I-25 at Pueblo. The layout closely follows the natural contours of the terrain and, unusually, uses no formal bunkers — in their place are white shale ridges called hogbacks that range anywhere from 3 to 30 feet in height, along with natural rock outcroppings and a number of mini canyons winding through the course.
