In recent years the course has added brand-new, state-of-the-art golf simulators, letting players keep their swings sharp and play a virtual round year-round regardless of weather. A round of nine holes on the simulator takes roughly 30 minutes per player, and simulator bookings are open to golfers 18 and older; each station includes access to two gender-neutral restrooms and accommodates groups of up to six players for a session lasting about three hours.

Matt also teaches Laid Back Lessons, a casual series of women-only adult group lessons for ages 21 and up held in four-week sessions each spring and summer for $135 per session, plus a lower-cost fall series priced per class. He also runs the City Park Nine Junior Golf Academy, a beginner program for ages 5 to 15 held over Monday-through-Thursday sessions each summer for $90 per week-long session, designed to introduce kids to the game through games and interactive obstacles in a fun, low-pressure setting.
