OCD Gamechangers Golf Tournament & Fundraiser

The OCD Gamechangers Golf Tournament and Fundraiser is a four person scramble taking place Monday, October 19, 2026 at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club in Fort Carson, Colorado. An 8:00 AM shotgun start sends teams out under Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak, and the day closes with barbeque, drinks and lived experience stories from the people OCD Gamechangers serves.

OCD Gamechangers is a Colorado based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises awareness for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder among individuals, families and the therapists who treat it. The organization held its first community event in Denver in 2017, where eight people with OCD stood up and told their stories, and has since produced more than 13 events across the United States and more than 12 internationally, including Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Wales and Ireland. Proceeds from this tournament help fund upcoming events in Ireland and Warsaw, Poland, plus 2027 gatherings planned for Salt Lake City, Bend, San Antonio, Green Bay, London and Edinburgh.

What to expect

• Shotgun start at 8:00 AM with sponsors and OCD Gamechangers volunteers stationed at holes around the course.
• On course contests including closest to the pin, longest drive and straightest drive, each a $2 donation to enter.
• Mulligans available at $1 each, up to three per player.
• Barbeque dinner and drinks included with entry, with a cold beer, coffee or cocktail waiting when you come off the course.
• Speakers and a live Q&A featuring peer support specialist and OCD advocate Chrissie Hodges alongside therapists who treat OCD, taking questions from attendees.

Sponsorship and other ways to take part

You do not have to golf to be part of the day. Dinner and the presentation on their own are $40. Hole sponsorships are $500 with 16 spots available, dinner sponsorships are $320, drink ticket sponsorships are $240, and general dinner or drink donations are $100. Sponsors and donating individuals or practices have their name announced at the event and printed on the event schedule.
