Landyn’s Drive For A Cure 2026
Landyn was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at a young age. It was devastating to hear at 1 month old that he has a chronic disease with no cure. It has been tough, however, we are hopeful for the future! Landyn’s entire family wants to bring awareness to this disease and are hoping for a cure. At 9 years old now, in addition to taking enzymes everyday to help with his pancreas to accept nutrients, Landyn is taking a new drug called Trikafta. This drug helps defective proteins work more effectively. On average, Trikafta also increases lung function by 14%.
He has the greatest sense of humor, a contagious laugh, and a smile that can melt the heart. He loves his family and all his pets.
