About 2LIV4 & The Event
2LIV4 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to empower the disability community to discover their something 2LIV4 by providing scholarships for adaptive adventures and equipment.
Your participation in our 5th annual golf tournament helps us continue serving the disability community, and we greatly appreciate it!
This year’s event will take place at the picturesque Arrowhead Golf Club. Join us there for a day of golfing for good!

Sponsorships Available
Gold – $3500
Includes: 2 four-player team entries, name recognition on 2LIV4.org and social media, and individual banner displayed at the event.
Silver – $2500
Includes: 6 individual player tickets, name recognition on 2LIV4.org and social media, and shared banner displayed at the event.
Hole – $1500
Includes: 1 four-player team entry, signage at one hole, and name recognition on 2LIV4.org.
