Venue Overview
The Mine is Monument’s neighborhood recreational center, a privately run community gym on Woodmoor Drive in the Woodmoor area of Monument, north of Colorado Springs and just off I-25. Its tagline is “Where Community is Built,” and the gym lives up to it with indoor pickleball open play seven days a week, a Monday night pickleball league, beginner and intermediate lessons, and court time for local volleyball and basketball programs. Three pickleball courts, two volleyball courts and a basketball court share the gym, and full gym rentals make it a practical home for tournaments, team practices and community events across the Tri-Lakes area.

The center does not publish its opening date or ownership.
Indoor Pickleball in Monument
Open play is organized by skill level so newer players and advanced players each get their own court time. Weekday mornings and midday sessions are for beginner and intermediate players, with an advanced session in the early afternoon. Saturday and Sunday afternoons follow the same pattern, with advanced play in the last session of the day. Court rentals are set aside on weekday middays, and the center says gym availability may allow courts at other times by request.
