M3 Golf Lab
Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 United States Get Directions
Venue Overview
M3 Golf Lab is an indoor golf studio and TrackMan golf simulator facility in Steamboat Springs, built around coaching rather than a bar scene. Its standout is the teaching program: founder Luke Brosterhous, a PGA Class A member, built M3 around three pillars, Motion, Mechanics and Mindset, and pairs TrackMan bays with lessons, club fitting and physical assessment. In a ski town where the golf season is short, M3 gives Yampa Valley golfers a year-round place to practice, play simulated rounds and prepare for summer at Steamboat’s courses.

History
Luke Brosterhous founded M3 Golf Lab at Riverside Plaza in Steamboat Springs. The Steamboat Pilot reported that a second location, with two TrackMan bays, opened on December 1, 2023 in the Steamboat Basecamp development on the west side of town.
Indoor Golf Simulator Technology
Every bay runs TrackMan, which records ball flight and club data for lessons, fittings and simulated rounds. M3 layers in motion-capture and wrist-sensor tools such as K-Motion and HackMotion, so a lesson can measure the body as well as the ball. Bays are also rented by the hour for practice and play.
Events Held Here
M3 Golf Lab focuses on instruction, fittings and practice, and its bays suit small events such as junior clinics, skills challenges, team practice sessions and closest-to-the-pin contests. The studio does not publish a league schedule, so ask about current programs before planning a recurring event. Upcoming events at this venue are listed below.
