Venue Overview

Back Nine Golf Colorado Springs Northgate is an indoor golf club on Voyager Parkway in the Northgate area of north Colorado Springs, near I-25 and Interquest Parkway and just south of the Air Force Academy’s north gate. It is the most competitive of the Back Nine clubs we checked: this fall it runs both an 8-week, 2-person scramble league and its own Northgate Club Champion event, with flighted men’s and women’s divisions. Golfers from Northgate, Briargate, Flying Horse, Gleneagle and Monument use it to stay sharp through the Pikes Peak region’s windy, snowy months, and its private Full Swing bays suit league nights, club championships and team outings.

Voyager Parkway runs through the Northgate retail district along I-25, with shopping, dining and new neighborhoods on both sides of the interstate. That puts the club within a short drive of the Air Force Academy, the Flying Horse and Gleneagle neighborhoods, and Monument to the north. Players can book a bay before a morning shift, play a league round at night, or practice on a snow day without driving across the city.
