Rocky Mountain Cigar Company Golf Simulator
Fairplay, CO 80440 United States Get Directions
Venue Overview
The Rocky Mountain Cigar Company Golf Simulator is an indoor golf simulator inside a cigar shop, lounge and espresso bar on U.S. Highway 285 in Fairplay, the Park County seat in South Park. Its standout is the technology packed into a small-town lounge: a ceiling-mounted Uneekor QED system with two high-speed cameras and more than 200,000 courses, from Pebble Beach and Augusta to Colorado favorites like Breckenridge, Collegiate Peaks and The Salida Club. Guests can enjoy a cigar and a drink while they play, and in a high mountain town with a short outdoor season the simulator keeps South Park golfers swinging all year.
About the Simulator
- One hitting bay with a Uneekor QED launch monitor
- Two high-speed cameras shooting more than 3,000 frames per second
- Impact footage of both club and ball
- Ceiling-mounted, so left- and right-handed golfers share the bay without changes
- More than 200,000 courses, including PGA Tour and resort courses
- Located inside a cigar shop, lounge and bar
Indoor Golf Simulator Technology
The Uneekor QED reads the ball and the club with two high-speed cameras, then replays impact so players can see exactly how the club met the ball. The course library includes famous venues such as Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines and Augusta, plus Colorado tracks golfers know from Summit and Chaffee counties. A solo player can hit about 100 balls or play 18 holes in an hour, and groups need more time.
