Girls on the Run Denver Metro 5K

The Girls on the Run Denver Metro 5K takes place at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday November 15, 2026. It is the celebration event that closes the season for Girls on the Run of the Rockies, a 501(c)(3) that runs a physical-activity and social-emotional learning programme for girls across the metro. Participants run alongside family and community runners rather than competitively. Entry runs roughly $19 to $29.
