The Ranch House sits at 7676 S Continental Divide Rd in Littleton and is operated by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District, which also runs its administrative offices from this building. The phone is (303) 979-1876. Court hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., a long day for outdoor courts. It is one of three district racquet sites, with the Community Center at 1 Club Dr and Bradford Park at 6 Killdeer Ln. Year built and site acreage are not published.

About the Courts

Plan accordingly if you are signing up a junior or booking a private. The district also restricts who can teach: only district-employed pros may give instruction on these courts. The Ranch House itself is more park campus than tennis center, with a pool, ball fields and a disc golf course sharing the grounds.

Lessons & Instruction

All instruction takes place at the Community Center. Junior tennis follows a red, orange, green and yellow ball pathway sorted by age, alongside Junior Team Tennis for ages eight to 18, Rookie Tennis and a high school camp. Adults have group lessons in eight-week sessions, privates and semi-privates, and Cardio Tennis, which runs year-round on Friday and Saturday mornings and adds Wednesday evenings in fall and winter. Pickleball lessons are not offered by the district, which refers players to Epic Pickleball Club instead. The published tennis staff is Robert Campbell, Tennis Director and RSPA Pro; Leslie Davis and Devin Van Treeck, both full-time RSPA Pros; and part-time pros Elisa Dean, Dobbin Pine and Alex Rosca.

Leagues & Events

USTA and CTA adult leagues run at Ken-Caryl, and league play gets a 30-minute reservation priority over general bookings. The district also allocates Winter Block Time by application rather than first-come booking, which is how regular groups lock in a season. On the tournament side, Ken-Caryl hosts the Colorado Tennis Championships, a USTA Level 4 event, which is the biggest thing on the calendar here and worth planning travel around.

Reservations are online only through ActiveNet. Indoor courts open seven days ahead and outdoor courts three days ahead, with a two-hour maximum per court per day and a 15-minute grace period. Access is tiered by residency: Ken-Caryl residents and USTA or CTA league captains play free on the outdoor courts, non-residents pay hourly, and indoor time is paid for everyone. Ten outdoor courts with lights on seven gives real capacity for a daytime draw, and the Community Center courts add indoor backup nearby if weather turns.
