Horses (riding or driving!), Pack Burros, Bikers, Runners, and Hikers Welcome!

Join us at Bear Creek Regional Park for a fun, family‑friendly multi‑user trail event! Bring the whole family—leashed dogs are welcome—and connect with fellow trail enthusiasts while enjoying one of our community’s best parks at this unique, non‑speed event.

All proceeds support the construction and upkeep of the Equestrian Skills Course.

Prizes are awarded in every category, including a special prize division for participants 18 and under—so everyone has a chance to win!

How Does It Work?

The course opens at 9:00am. Please arrive anytime between 8:30am and 9:30am to ensure you have enough time to complete the course by 11:15am. Each participant will receive a scorecard at REGISTRATION. You’ll draw a card at five different checkpoints along the course.

Adults will collect cards to build a poker hand, while participants under 18 will collect stamps toward a special prize. Turn in your completed hand at the finish line.

Prizes will be awarded for the highest and lowest hands in each category, along with special awards for the oldest participant and the person who traveled the furthest to join us.

Winners are announced at 11:45am. Must be present to win!
