Planning a visit to Ken-Caryl Ranch House Tennis Courts? Below you will find court details, amenities, and upcoming tournaments and sporting events hosted at this venue, plus everything you need to book your next session. Reserve a court at Ken-Caryl Ranch House Tennis Courts

Venue Overview

The Ranch House sits at 7676 S Continental Divide Rd in Littleton and is operated by the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District, which also runs its administrative offices from this building. The phone is (303) 979-1876. Court hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., a long day for outdoor courts. It is one of three district racquet sites, with the Community Center at 1 Club Dr and Bradford Park at 6 Killdeer Ln. Year built and site acreage are not published.

About the Courts

Ten outdoor courts at the Ranch House, seven lighted and three unlighted, per the district’s own figures. Surface material is not published, so we do not list one. There is no pickleball at the Ranch House. If you need pickleball or indoor play, the district’s other sites cover it. The Community Center has four indoor courts inside a permanent indoor tennis building, not a seasonal bubble, plus six outdoor courts with lights running mid-April through September. Bradford Park has two unlighted tennis courts that convert to four pickleball courts.

Three Sites, One District, and Lessons Happen Elsewhere

This is the single thing most visitors get wrong. The Ranch House has the largest outdoor court block in the district, but every lesson and clinic runs at the Community Center, not here. Plan accordingly if you are signing up a junior or booking a private. The district also restricts who can teach: only district-employed pros may give instruction on these courts. The Ranch House itself is more park campus than tennis center, with a pool, ball fields and a disc golf course sharing the grounds.

Facilities & Amenities

  • Ten outdoor tennis courts, seven lighted and three unlighted, open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday
  • Zero-depth-entry outdoor pool
  • Half basketball court, sand volleyball, soccer and baseball fields
  • Playground, picnic pavilion, paved trails
  • Disc golf course, open dawn to dusk
  • District administrative offices on site
  • Racquet restringing through Game-Set-Match, dropped off at the Community Center counter
  • Ball machines at the Community Center: an indoor machine behind indoor court 4 and an outdoor machine on court 2 from May 1 through September, with season passes sold
  • Pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage, parking counts and spectator seating are not published

Lessons & Instruction

All instruction takes place at the Community Center. Junior tennis follows a red, orange, green and yellow ball pathway sorted by age, alongside Junior Team Tennis for ages eight to 18, Rookie Tennis and a high school camp. Adults have group lessons in eight-week sessions, privates and semi-privates, and Cardio Tennis, which runs year-round on Friday and Saturday mornings and adds Wednesday evenings in fall and winter. Pickleball lessons are not offered by the district, which refers players to Epic Pickleball Club instead. The published tennis staff is Robert Campbell, Tennis Director and RSPA Pro; Leslie Davis and Devin Van Treeck, both full-time RSPA Pros; and part-time pros Elisa Dean, Dobbin Pine and Alex Rosca.

Leagues & Events

USTA and CTA adult leagues run at Ken-Caryl, and league play gets a 30-minute reservation priority over general bookings. The district also allocates Winter Block Time by application rather than first-come booking, which is how regular groups lock in a season. On the tournament side, Ken-Caryl hosts the Colorado Tennis Championships, a USTA Level 4 event, which is the biggest thing on the calendar here and worth planning travel around.

Planning Your Sporting Event Here

Reservations are online only through ActiveNet. Indoor courts open seven days ahead and outdoor courts three days ahead, with a two-hour maximum per court per day and a 15-minute grace period. Access is tiered by residency: Ken-Caryl residents and USTA or CTA league captains play free on the outdoor courts, non-residents pay hourly, and indoor time is paid for everyone. Ten outdoor courts with lights on seven gives real capacity for a daytime draw, and the Community Center courts add indoor backup nearby if weather turns.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are open now. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
