Preferred Partners

Home / Preferred Partners

Elevate your tournament with the enhancements that make it unforgettable.

Our Preferred Partners turn a great event into an exceptional one, combining entertainment, branding, and strategy in all the right ways. From interactive hole activations and branded contests to tournament signage and supplies, auction packages, and event insurance, these are the vendors we’ve curated over the years and trust to fit seamlessly into any outing.

These enhancements aren’t just fun. They’re strategic. They boost sponsor visibility, fuel social sharing, deepen player engagement, and create high-energy moments your guests will talk about long after the final putt. More excitement. More impact. More reasons players and partners come back every year.

Golf Tournament Activations

Bring your event to life with interactive experiences

Golf tournament activations turn quiet holes into the moments people actually remember. Think branded contests and themed challenges, closest-to-the-pin and long-drive competitions, sampling booths, live entertainment, hospitality stations, and on-course experiences built around a sponsor’s brand.

They are also the easiest way to prove value to the companies writing your checks. An activation gives a sponsor something to do rather than just a sign to stand behind, which means real conversations with players, photos worth posting, and a reason to renew next year at a higher tier.

Our activation partners have run everything from small corporate scrambles to 200-player charity tournaments across Colorado. Tell us your budget and what you are trying to accomplish, and we will point you toward the group that fits.

Golf Tournament Signage & Supplies

Everything you need to outfit your tournament.

Signage and supplies are what make a tournament look organized before anyone hits a shot. Tee signs and sponsor banners, hole markers and directional signage, registration materials, scorecards, tee gifts, apparel, and branded giveaways players actually keep.

Signage does double duty. It keeps your event running smoothly and it is where most of your sponsor recognition physically lives, so quality and lead time matter more than most organizers expect. Plan on two to three weeks with any printer, because rush fees climb quickly.

Our supply partners handle everything from a dozen tee signs to outfitting an entire tournament, including logo setup and shipping. If you are ordering for the first time, they will tell you what you actually need instead of selling you the whole catalog.

Partners:

Golf Tournament Auction Packages & Items

Turn excitement into fundraising success.

At most charity golf tournaments, the auction raises more than the entry fees do. Golf getaways and stay-and-play trips, signed memorabilia, travel experiences, sports tickets, and sponsor-donated prizes all give guests a reason to open their wallets a second time.

The advantage of working through an auction partner is consignment. You list the package, and if it does not sell you owe nothing, so there is no upfront cost and no risk of eating unsold inventory. If it sells above the reserve, the overage goes straight to your cause.

Our auction partners supply both live and silent auction inventory and can help you build a package mix that matches your crowd. A room full of corporate foursomes bids very differently than a family fundraiser, and your lineup should reflect that.

Golf Tournament Insurance

Play with confidence.

Golf tournament insurance covers the two things that turn a good event into an expensive one: something goes wrong, or something goes right in a way you did not budget for.

Hole-in-one coverage is the one most organizers ask about. If you want to offer a car or a large cash prize, you buy a policy for a small fraction of the prize value and the insurer pays the winner if someone aces the hole. Without it, that prize comes out of your own pocket. Policies typically require a minimum yardage and an independent witness at the tee.

Beyond prize coverage, policies can address weather cancellation, general liability, and damage to the course. Colorado weather being what it is, cancellation coverage is worth a conversation for anything scheduled in spring or early summer.

Partners:

Night Golf (Glow Golf)

Light up your event.

Night Golf transforms the course into a glowing, after-dark adventure with LED balls, illuminated tee boxes, and creative lighting, turning any fundraiser or corporate outing into a spectacle.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are reviewed starting October 1, 2026. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.
