History
The Broadlands opened in 1999 with a layout by golf course architect Rick Phelps. Since then it has added indoor simulators and a winter simulator league, keeping the clubhouse busy after the course closes for the season.
The Course
Phelps routed The Broadlands through the neighborhood with wide, scenic fairways and well-kept greens, and the course’s own description stresses playing conditions above all.
