Venue Overview
Alamosa Family Recreation Center is the City of Alamosa’s recreation center on Old Sanford Road, the home base for Alamosa Parks and Recreation in the heart of the San Luis Valley. It pairs a multi-purpose gym and a meeting room used for yoga and indoor cycling with a busy calendar of fitness classes, taekwondo and youth sports registration, and it is where families sign up for the city’s leagues and camps that play on nearby parks and fields such as Carroll Park and the Lee Fields. As the main recreation center in Alamosa, it is the starting point for youth leagues, adult softball and community events across the valley.
