Venue Overview

Three Rackets is a new indoor racket sports club in Broomfield, built around three games under one roof: padel, pickleball and squash. The 34,000 square foot club on Hoyt Street opened with a soft launch in September 2026 and brings indoor padel in Broomfield to the north Denver metro, along with year-round pickleball and squash. Players can book courts without a membership, and the club adds leagues, tournaments, lessons, clinics and junior programs, plus a central bar and kitchen that make it a social hub as much as a place to play.

About the Club

  • 34,000 square foot indoor club
  • 5 indoor padel courts by Favaretti, with 28 foot ceilings
  • 5 indoor pickleball courts
  • 3 squash courts
  • Central bar with a kitchen and food service
  • Pro shop with equipment rentals
  • Spa-style locker rooms
  • Fitness area and Wi-Fi lounge

History

Three Rackets was founded by former professional squash players Mark and Chris Fuller together with Chris Douglass, with Mark Fuller serving as co-founder and CEO. The club held its soft opening on September 21, 2026, hosted a charity open house on October 10, 2026, and planned a grand opening later in fall 2026.

Indoor Padel in Broomfield: Courts and Play

Padel is the headline sport here. It is played in doubles on an enclosed court with glass walls that stay in play, which makes rallies long and the game easy to pick up for tennis and pickleball players. The five Favaretti courts sit under 28 foot ceilings, so lobs stay in play indoors. Five pickleball courts and three squash courts round out the club, giving groups a choice of racket sport on the same visit.

Events Held Here

  • Padel: open court play, leagues and tournaments
  • Pickleball: court bookings, leagues and tournaments
  • Squash: court play and programs
  • Clinics and juniors: group clinics and junior programs across the three sports
  • Community: a charity open house in October 2026

Upcoming events at this venue are listed below.

Apply for Event Management

Event Management Application (2027)
CUP manages 10 sporting events per season, and that is the cap.
Applications for the 2027 season are open now. Returning clients confirm their dates first, then remaining slots go to new clients. This is an application, not a booking, and it takes about 6 minutes.

Your organization

Who is hosting, and how we reach you.

Beneficiary

Only if the event raises money for a cause.

Your sporting event

The basics we need to judge fit.

Out-of-state note: our standard pricing covers events held in Colorado. Events outside Colorado are quoted individually with travel and on-site costs included.
Worth knowing before you submit: our fully-managed service starts at 100 people on site. Below that the economics do not work for either of us, so this is likely not a fit. You can still apply, and you can always list your sporting event on the CUP calendar instead.
This one gets a custom quote. Our standard service model covers single-day events with 100 to 160 people on site, including vendors. Larger fields and multi-day events still work, we just scope them and send a custom quote instead of a standard price.

What success looks like

So we can tell you straight whether we are the right team.

Budget and timing

Fully-managed service is a real line item. Straight answers save us both time.

A CUP engagement runs roughly 150 to 200 hours of planning, design, marketing and coordination, handled by one team from the first call to the final award. Applications need a real budget line for professional management, separate from venue, food and prizes.
Worth knowing before you submit: a fully-managed engagement sits above this range, so this is likely not a fit for 2027. You are welcome to apply anyway. If self-serve is the better move right now, you can list your sporting event and add promotion here: list your event.

Then we will be in touch.
