Venue Overview
South Broadway Country Club Fort Collins is an indoor golf simulator bar in Old Town Square, in the heart of downtown Fort Collins just off College Avenue and a short walk from Colorado State University. It is the Fort Collins chapter of a Denver brand whose motto is “Non-Members Only.” The strongest draw is the setting: three TrackMan simulators and a full bar in a space with garage doors that open toward the Old Town amphitheater. Because the golf is indoors, it plays all year, which makes it a practical home for league nights, team outings and small charity events in Northern Colorado.
About the Bays
- Three TrackMan golf simulators in custom bays
- About 3,100 square feet in Old Town Square
- Garage doors overlooking the Old Town amphitheater
- Full bar, with no in-house kitchen
- Rental clubs available
- Owned by founder Kelly Huff
History
Founder Kelly Huff opened South Broadway Country Club in a former garage on South Broadway in Denver and later added a Tennyson Street chapter. In October 2021, BusinessDen and BizWest reported that he had leased about 3,100 square feet at Old Town Square for a third location, citing the local golf scene and his wife’s connection to Colorado State University. Chord Design Studio of Denver designed the space and Symmetry Builders of Dacono built it.
Golf Simulator Technology in Fort Collins
All three bays run TrackMan, which tracks the club and ball with radar and shows real ball flight on screen. Huff has said TrackMan is largely unrivaled for improving a golfer’s game, so the bays serve both casual rounds with friends and focused practice with full shot data.
Events Held Here
- Golf: simulator rounds, league play, team outings, birthday groups and small charity events built around three TrackMan bays.
- Lessons: private golf instruction on the simulators.
We could not confirm a current league calendar as of 2026, so ask staff about league formats and nights. Upcoming events at this venue are listed below.
Lessons, Coaching & Programs
South Broadway Country Club Fort Collins offers private golf lessons on its TrackMan simulators. When the location was announced, Huff said he planned to hire teaching professionals for it. No instructors are named in the sources we could check as of 2026, so ask the club who is teaching.

- Full bar
- No in-house kitchen; guests can bring in outside food

Private Events & Groups
Three bays let a group split into teams and play at the same time while others gather at the bar or on the patio. Confirm players per bay and how staff handle larger parties before you set a headcount. Because food is brought in, a group can order from Old Town restaurants nearby.
Membership or Access
There is no membership. In keeping with the brand motto, “Non-Members Only,” bays are open to the public on a pay-to-play basis and booked through the club’s website.
